In order to guide students of Grade 15 clinical medicine and medical imaging majors to prepare for employment and better handle the relationship between internship and postgraduate entrance examination, on the afternoon of March 5, Mr. Tang Xiaowen gave employment guidance to students in the lecture hall on the sixth floor of Beigu Campus Library. 190 students attended the lecture and there were no empty seats in the lecture hall.
At the beginning of the lecture, Professor Tang emphasized the importance of career guidance from the characteristics of medical personnel training and the employment situation of medical students. Subsequently, Mr. Tang gave detailed guidance on employment preparation, interview skills, signing of employment agreements, archiving directions, employment laws and regulations, and matters needing attention for civil servants. In order to make the students succeed in employment, she brought the self-recommendation materials which she personally created for medical students to the scene for their reference. Ms. Tang's language is humorous and interesting, with vivid and appropriate examples. Many students have carefully recorded the key points.
At last, Mrs. Tang reminded the students to set up a correct view of career choice and employment, and the guidance meeting ended successfully in the warm applause of all the students. Students have expressed that the guidance meeting is practical and beneficial, and that they will strive to make a good life plan, calibrate the relationship between employment, postgraduate entrance examination and internship, and strive to become a qualified medical worker in the future.
