On May 13, the Medical College held a conference on the implementation and promotion of "three-round education" in the 105 Office of the Medical College. First of all, the conference studied the speech of Secretary Yuan and the work report of President Yan at the conference on promoting the comprehensive reform of "three-round education" of Jiangsu University on May 11, helping to deeply understand the spirit of the conference and discussed the task and direction of the implementation and promotion of "three-round education" in medical colleges.
Zhao Ming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Medical College, led all the students and teachers at the meeting, and learned the six key tasks of the school for the comprehensive reform of "three-round education": to focus on promoting the construction of curriculum education , to improve the evaluation mechanism of curriculum, to improve the quality of curriculum teaching; to promote the coordinated development of scientific research and practical education, to enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation and application services; and to promote coordinated development of cultural education with network education, promote the main theme and disseminate positive energy; promote the coordinated development of psychological education and subsidized education, and strive to promote the healthy development of students' physical and mental health; further do a good job of service education, and strive to enhance students' sense of happiness and acquisition; promote the coordinated development of management education and organizational education, and strive to promote the modernization of educational governance capacity and governance system.
At the meeting, Secretary Zhao stressed that "three-round education" means full education, the whole process of education, all-round education. Colleges should actively cooperate with all departments of the school on the basis of comprehending the spirit of the school. All teachers and students should actively explore and walk out of the road of "three-all education" which is unique to the medical college. Zhao also stressed that as a first important responsible member on the students' path of growth, counselor teachers should actively help students form correct outlook of the world , values and morals . They should make use of after-school time to enter the students' group, integrate into the students' group, understand the students' ideological dynamics and learning and living needs, and lead the students of a grade to learn the "three-round education" spirit together and regularly collect students' opinions and suggestions on "three-round educating people", earnestly fulfilling the duties of counselors and teachers.
After the meeting, Secretary Zhao and student representatives discussed and exchanged ideas about the convening of a conference on promoting the comprehensive reform of "three-round education" in schools and some ideas and spirits about "three-round education". Counselors of all grades indicated that they would improve their work affinity and pertinence in the future, and form an all-round personality education bureau for the whole process.
