On the noon of May 17, the Fourth Party Branch of Medical College organized a seminar on the study of the Regulations on the Work of Communist Party Branches (for trial implementation). All Party members of the Branch participated in the seminar. The Regulations on the Work of the Party Branches (Trial Implementation) is an important institutional achievement in carrying out Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era and strengthening the construction of the Party Branches in the new era. It is the first working guideline for the Party Branches in the history of our Party and the basic regulation for the construction of a Party Branch in the new era . The formulation and implementation of the Regulations play a very important role in strengthening the construction of Party's organizational system , promoting the strict control of the Party members to the grass-roots level, further improving the organizational capacity of the Party branch, strengthening the political efficiency of the Party branch, and consolidating the organizational foundation of the Party's long-term governance.
At the meeting, Chen Shengxia, Secretary of the Party Branch, put the main and important contents of the Regulations on the Work of the CPC Branches (Trial Implementation) in the form of presentation , focusing on the organizational setup, basic tasks, working mechanism, organizational life and the construction of the Party Branch Committee. All Party members of the Party Branch have a special focus on studying and realizing the key tasks undertaken by the Party Branch in Colleges and universities. As the Party branch of a higher education institution , we should ensure the implementation of the educational policy of supervising the Party, consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field of colleges and universities, strengthen the ideological and political guidance, lay a solid foundation for students' ideals and beliefs, carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, and ensure the accomplishment of various tasks of teaching and scientific research management.
During the seminar, the participants studied carefully, discussed actively and expressed their opinions and experiences. It is unanimously agreed that as a Party member, first of all, one should deeply and thoroughly understand the Regulations on the Work of the CPC Branches (Trial Implementation) and constantly improve himself in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on the Work of the CPC Branches (Trial Implementation). Based on the work of University teachers, we should bring into play the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, strictly implement the system of "three sessions and one lesson", organizing life meetings, and democratically evaluating Party members , and actively carrying out thematic Party activities. We should firmly establish "four consciousness" and "four self-confidence", resolutely implement "two safeguards", conscientiously enhance the ideological and operational awareness of implementing the Regulations, and strive to be a qualified Communist Party member in the new era.
