In this study, the researchers constructed a mental structure model of college students with sleep disorders through a large sample of psychological surveys and measurements, combined with statistical techniques. The results showed that ruminant thinking and resilience mediated and moderated the effects of stress events on sleep quality. The publication of this study provides a new way to improve sleep quality effectively.
The research was supported by the innovative training program for college students and other projects.
