The event was divided into two different sessions. The first session was hosted by First Aid association on 17th March where students were taught about "The Use of First Aid" and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
In the second session was on 24th March, the organizing secretary of IMSA Mr. Mohit explained about the use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED), applying bandages and many more.
A well-detailed presentation and explanation alongside demonstrations of the process were provided after which OECians were given the opportunity to practice what they have learnt on the dummies and machines provided.
A quiz was then conducted based on the program. 10 winners of the quiz could get a chance to undergo further Intensive Training by the First Aid Association, and accompany them to camps near Jiangsu University.
The whole event was concluded by a vote of thanks to the participants, the hosting committee consisting of executives from the First Aid association and IMSA. Thanks to the interest and active participation of OECians and Chinese students.
