1. Requirements for graduate   students:

(1)  Interest in a scientific research,   especially in the mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of tumor.  

(2)  Understand common   techniques and methods in cell biology and molecular biology;

(3)  Master the structure,   characteristics and physiological functions of cells.

2. Research interests:

(1)  Molecular mechanism of   tumorigenesis and development. It focuses on the roles of epigenetic   modifications and its modifying enzymes in tumors, as well as epigenetic   regulation mechanisms, which are the hotspot and frontier of current cancer   research.

(2)    Research   and development of anti-tumor drugs. The focus of our research group is to   explore the potential targets of anti-tumor drugs and the impact of these   drugs on cell signal networks and genome reprogramming. Based on the above   research, new anti-tumor drugs will be screened and developed with tumors of   reproductive system, respiratory system or digestive system as models.
