Research interests: (1) Application of biological scaffolds in tissue repair and regeneration Our research group is committed to design and fabricate new biological scaffolds for tissue engineering, and evaluate their ability to reconstruct and repair damaged tissues (bone defect, diabetic foot). (2) Nanotechnology in the integration of tumor diagnosis and targeted therapy Traditional tumor chemoradiotherapy induces great toxic and side effects on normal tissues of human body. The loading of chemotherapy drugs and fluorescent probes in nano-carriers can realize targeted accumulation at tumor sites, image diagnosis of tumor and precise treatment, so as to realize the integration of tumor diagnosis and treatment. |
