郑学明博士，副教授，医学生物化学教研室副主任。2013年毕业于中科院上海生命科学院生化细胞所，获生物化学与分子生物学博士学位，2013年至今，在江苏大学医学院从事教学和科研工作。科研兴趣及方向：1.利用机器学习特别是深度学习技术解决生物学问题；2.利用生物信息学工具从多种组学数据中挖掘生物学知识；3.开发分析复杂基因组数据的新算法。目前从事癌症基因组学研究,利用高通量测序结合计算生物学和生物信息学的技术方法研究结直肠癌的发生发展机制。发表研10多篇SCI论文，其中第一作者SCI论文7篇。
